Jeff Edge

Jeff Edge, age 61, of Dublin, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at Serenity Place.

Mr. Edge was a native of Laurens County and retired from Mohawk Industries. He was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with family, wood working, and Genealogy research. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Lee Willis Edge, Jr.; and grandparents, Lee Willis, Sr. and Thelma Lucille Edge, and Barney and Ida Bracewell.

He is survived by his mother, Ruby Cooper, of Dublin; brother, Greg Edge, of Dublin; aunts, Carolyn Renfroe (Autry), of Dublin, Betty Sue New, of Milledgeville, Pauline Lewis, of East Dublin, Net Cox, of Dublin, and Betty Edge, of East Dublin, as well as numerous cousins.

Services will be held at 2:00PM on Friday, June 14, 2019 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Nolon McDaniel and Rev. Barron Powell will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Mark Scott, Paul Scott, Mike Edge, Ethan Scott, Joddie Edge, Dwayne Edge, David Pritchett, and Lee Edge.
