Louvenia (Drew) Beacham

Louvenia Drew Beacham, age 85, of Rockledge, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Beacham, a native of Laurens County, was born December 3, 1933 to the late J.W. and Annie McClendon Drew. She was a homemaker and member of Union Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Oscar Beacham, Jr., and a son, Danny Beacham.

Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Hasty (Perry), of Rockledge; son, Michael Beacham, of Rockledge; grandchildren, Roger Hasty (Wendy), of Dublin, and Christina Herman (Derryl), Joey Beacham, and Crystal Hansen, all of Rockledge; great-grandchildren, Nicholas Jase Berry, Leah Herman, Paul Herman, Reagan Hasty, Loran Hasty, Layna Hasty, Paige Clements, Payton Clements, and Dusty Hansen; sister, Betty Warnock (Jack), of Rockledge, and niece Cindy Whitesides (Scott), of Macon.

Services for Mrs. Beacham will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday, November 29, 2018 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Blue Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Mike Mertz will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 1:00PM until funeral hour at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Vicky Thigpen, Randall Warnock, Todd Calhoun, Jerry Calhoun, Ken Smith, and Chris Martin.
