Reta Faye Wilkes

Reta Faye Wilkes, age 81, of East Dublin, passed away on November 24, 2019.

Mrs. Reta was born in East Dublin to the late Mr. Greely Graham and Mrs. Lonie Faye Motes Graham. She was a member of Pleasant Springs Baptist Church and a retired employee of Apparel Brand Inc. She loved to garden and tend to her flowers. She loved to feed her chickens and always made sure that nobody ever messed with her pecans. Mrs. Wilkes is preceded in death by her parents, sons; Horace Earl Wilkes, Fred Claxton Wilkes, and Bennett Chapel Wilkes III.

She is survived by her daughter; Margie Fountain of East Dublin, son; Thomas Wilkes of East Dublin, grandchildren; Benjie Brooks, Amanda Warren, Brandy Ibara, Donna Santos, Anthony Wilkes, T.C. Wilkes, Telia Wilkes, and Devon Wilkes. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Services for Mrs. Reta will be held on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church beginning at 2:00 PM with interment to follow at the church cemetery. Rev. Don Hicks will officiate. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service for visitation.
