Ronald Everette Newsome

Ronald Everette Newsome, age 57, of Rentz, passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018.

Mr. Newsome was born in Savannah on November 1, 1960; then later moved to Dublin, Georgia to begin his endeavoring careers. Mr. Newsome worked for JP Stevens for thirty years. He was a warehouse employee at Fred’s, where he had perfect attendance for fourteen years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, a Donald Trump fan, and a very loving father.

Mr. Newsome is preceded in death by his father, Everette Newsome.

Survivors include his sons, Marco Everette Newsome, of Dublin, Ronald Ryan Newsome (Natasha), of Rentz, Adam Lee Newsome, of Rentz, Daniel Scott Newsome (Rebecca), of East Dublin; his companion, Lori Melton, of Rentz; his mother, Margaret Sills, of Metter; his sisters, Sandra Anderson, of Metter, Deann Hyslop (Tom); his brother, Kevin Newsome (Teresa); fourteen grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. And funeral services will be on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 2:30 PM, at the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jack Dean, Gerald Vickers, Erik Gogan, Nicholas Russell, Cole Morris, and Scott Anderson.
