Ruby Lee (Little) Fordham

Ruby Lee Fordham, age 94, of Dublin, passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018.

Mrs. Fordham was born in Wilkinson County on December 14, 1923 to the late Willie and Martha Sheffield Little. She was a homemaker and worked many years as a bus driver for the Laurens County Board of Education. Mrs. Fordham was a member of Evergreen United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, J. Alque Fordham and son, Gerald Fordham.

Survivors include her son, Al Fordham, of Dublin; daughter, Martha Ann Davidson, of Allentown; grandsons, Sandy Fordham, of Savannah and Chris Davidson (Lee), of Evans; great grandchildren, Taylor Davidson, of Athens, Matthew Davidson, of Milledgeville, and Ally Jo Fordham, of Dudley.

Services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, August 25, 2018 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jeff Alligood and Rev. Billy Wicker will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM until funeral hour on Saturday at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
