Sara (Brown) Williams

Services for Sara Brown Williams, age 83, of Dublin, will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 23, 2018, in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Northview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM.  Mrs. Williams died Sunday, October 21, 2018.

Mrs. Williams was a member of Old Canoochee Primitive Baptist church.  She enjoyed shopping and watching her husband, son and grandson race. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, John Lee Williams; parents, Allen Seaborn and Kate Lloyd Sherrod Brown; and step-son, Lee Williams.

Survivors include her son, Frank (Erica) Williams, of Dublin; grandchildren, Pearson Lee Williams, and Keyton Williams, both of Dublin; sisters, Billie McCook, of Twin City, and Mae Bailey, of Swainsboro; and nephew, John Allen Bailey.

Jay Bailey, John Allen Bailey, Chuck Shepard, Aaron McDaniel, Jamie Watson, and Adam Brewer will serve as pallbearers.
