Sharon Kersey

Sharon Kersey, age 80, of Dublin passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018.

Services will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the First Independent Methodist Church of Dublin. Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery. Pastor Paul Brown will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until funeral hour at the church on Sunday.

Ms. Kersey was a member of the First Independent Methodist Church and retired from the state offices of the Georgia Department of Labor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Gussie Bell Miller Raffield.

Survivors include her sons, Curt Kersey (Christyl), of Rentz and David Kersey (Sonya), of Montrose; grandchildren, Christopher Kersey (Paige), Chaston Kersey (Brittany), Brooke Rhodes, and Billy Kersey (Katie); great grandchildren, Corban, Canaan, and Cazon Kersey, Sebastian Sherrod, and Aiden Kersey, and sister, Zelda Hughes, of Eatonton, GA.
