On September 30, 2019, the world lost an irreplaceable angel, Shelly Warren Williams. She passed peacefully, with her husband, Charles, by her side.
Shelly brought light into every room she entered, and never left a doubt that she cared for those closest to her. She met the love of her life, Charles, at a young age. They shared a love that fairy tales are written about, and 47 years of marriage.
After graduating from Georgia College, she taught elementary school for 20 years in Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. While teaching in Pascagoula, Mississippi, she met her best friends that would become family. She loved teaching and making a difference in the young lives she touched.
She is loved fiercely and survived by her soul mate and husband Charles; goddaughter, Elizabeth Brooke McIngvale, of Mobile, Alabama; Brooke's parents, Jim and Nancy McIngvale, of Pascagoula, Mississippi; as well as her sister, Sharon Parham, of Dublin, Georgia, and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, B.T. and Mary Yarborough Warren, Jr. and her brother, B.T. Warren, III.
Graveside services for Shelly will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Matt Williams will officiate.
