Services for Alice Ethyl Edwards, age 75, of Trenton, GA will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, February 9, 2013, at Bethel Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Joan Westbrook will officiate. She died Tuesday, February 5, 2013. Mrs. Edwards was the daughter of the late Willie Augustus Wynn and the late Sybil Elizabeth Bracewell Wynn. She worked at Zestos in Forest Park for many years and at various other employments. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Edwards loved life and being around people. She was goodhearted and loved to help others. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Edwards was preceded in death by her husband, John Edwards, and brother, Jack Wynn. Survivors include her children, Janet Edwards, of Trenton, GA, Johnny Edwards, and Cindy Sommers, of Indiana; sister, Adalene Fulford, of Dublin, brother, Ralph Wynn, of California; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Bethel Baptist Church.
