Betty Jean Morris, age 50, of Dublin, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. Mrs. Morris was of the Baptist faith and a graduate of Baldwin High in Florida. She received her accounting degree from Georgia College State University. She was preceded in death by her father, Cecil Mobley and brother, Billy Mobley. Survivors include her husband, Bobby Morris, of Dublin; sons, Thomas Roberts, Jonathan Roberts (Gabby), Herbert Roberts, and David Morris; daughters, Crystal Morris, and Callie Morris; mother, Josephine Mosley; grandchildren, Izabela Roberts and Logan Roberts; brother, Randell Mobley; sisters, Vicki Mobley and Joanne Mobley; uncle, Ray Mercer, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00PM on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, July 30, 2017 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jim Fennell will officiate. Pallbearers will be Will Adams, Ryan Coleman, Audrey Gordy, Mike Crabb, Chris Brewer, Billy Morris, Maury Beasley, and Jamey Hession.
