Services for Mrs. Bobbie Whitfield Wimberly, age 81 of East Dublin, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Barbara Nelson and Rev. Gregg Soles will officiate. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Mrs. Wimberly was the daughter of the late Charles Alton Whitfield and the late Louise Tanner Whitfield. She was a member of the Thomas Chapel Methodist Church . She was a loving wife and aunt. She was a resident of the Benton House for the last 2 Years. She passed away Thursday. Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Jeff Johnson, Teresa Johnson, Betty Ann Thompson, Janice Wilkes, James Michael Wimberly, Jerry Floyd Wimberly, Shirley Wimberly, Jeremy Johnson, Cody Johnson, Kevin Wimberly. Pallbearers will be Jeremy Johnson, Cody Johnson, Kevin Wimberly, Andy Smith, Frank Wilkes, Helmon Moorman.
