Graveside services for Bobbye Jean Parkerson, age 82 of Dublin, formerly of Dalton, will be held at 2:30PM on Sunday, January 12, 2014 in Cadwell City Cemetery. She passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2014. Mrs. Parkerson was a homemaker and a member of Cornerstone Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, R.T. and Estelle Parker Langston; daughter, Julie Ann Parkerson and sister, Wyvonne Richardson. She is survived by her husband, Gerald R. Parkerson of Dublin; son, David I. Parkerson of Cadwell; niece, Karen (Scott) Brackett of Florida and nephew, Wynn Richardson of Louisiana. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
