Funeral services for C. Wayne Evans will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at Minter Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Minter Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Len Woodard, Rev. Johnny Baggett and Rev. Kenneth Jones will officiate. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the service at the Church.

Mr. Evans was a member of Minter Baptist Church. He retired from Graham Brothers Construction after 30 years of service. He was a US Navy Veteran and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose. Wayne passed away Thursday, January 19, 2017.

Survivors include his daughters, DeLaina (Gregory) Melton of Rockledge, Trish L. (Jeff) Smith of Rockledge, grandchildren, Jessica Stephens (John Warren), Evan (Sydney) Melton, Kristen (Anthony) Spivey, great grandchildren; Gracie Lee Melton, Tinsley Spivey, Jayden Spivey and Kinlee Raiford.

Kim Stephens, Butch Clay, Garrett McDonald, Vickie Thigpen, Brian Smith and Timmy Ricks will serve as Pallbearers.
