Charles Arrington, age 70, of Cadwell, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022.

Charles was a native of Laurens County and a welder and mechanic with the Laurens County Public Works Department. He enjoyed Rock n Roll music, going to races, and vintage cars.  He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Arrington, Jr. and Vera Graham Arrington; brother, James Arrington; sister-in-law, Grace Arrington; nephew, Dan Kirkley; and mother-in-law, Margaret Mullis,

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Teresa Arrington of Cadwell; sons, Derek Arrington and Chase Arrington both of Cadwell; grandson, Payton Arrington of Carrolton; granddaughter, Allie Arrington of Carrolton; sister, Frances Allen (Frankie) of Rentz; sister-in-law, Susan Mickel of Cadwell; brothers-in-law, David Mullis (Rachel) and Louie Mullis both of Chester, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Rentz. Rev. David Rowe will officiate.
