Services for Dan Kirkley, age 26 of Rentz, will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Joey Diers will officiate. Mr. Kirkley was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Roger Kirkley, Sr. and grandmother, Vera Arrington. Mr. Kirkley passed away Sunday, November 20, 2011. He is survived his mother, Frances (Jack) Baggett of Rentz; three brothers, Jim (Bonnie) Brown of Dublin, Danny R. (Tracy) Kirkley, Jr. of Rody and Bo Jack (Heather) Baggett of Cadwell; sister, Jennifer Howell of Rentz; grandfather, Willie Arrington of Cadwell and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Pallbearers will be June Bug, Jerry Herndon, Kirk Register, Jimmy Haynes, Josh Bedingfield and Chad Herndon. The family will receive friends at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
