Graveside Services for David Joel "Joe" Duke, age 69, of East Dublin, will be held at 3:00PM on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Boiling Springs Methodist Church Cemetery. Rev. Donnie Daniels will officiate. Mr. Duke was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his father, James Ernest Duke and his mother, the late Mary Ricks Wilson. He passed away on September 26, 2012. Survivors include three sons; Michael Joel Duke of Georgia, David Duke of Franklin, IN and Brian Duke of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Shade Duke of Sugar Hill; sisters, Ernestine Claxton of Savannah and Ann Dollar of Albany, 6 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
