David John Miller age 50, of Dublin, died Tuesday, May 17, 2011. He was born August 29, 1960 in Dublin, to Nan Thompson Miller and the late George Anderson Miller. He has resided at Gracewood State School and Rehab Center since July 1968. Survivors include his mother, Nan T. Miller of Dublin, sisters, Monica M. (Kenneth) Nix of Warner Robins, Marilyn M. (Michael) Avant of Macon, brother, Don (Katrina) Miller of Dublin, nephews, Cody Avant of Macon, Ben Miller of Dublin, Taylor Nix of Warner Robins nieces, Brooke Miller of Dublin, and Tara Nix of Warner Robins, one aunt Mary M. Alway of Wanaque, NY. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, May 23, 2011 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with visitation from 1:00 PM until funeral hour. Rev. Steve Patton, pastor of Pine Forest United Methodist Church and Dr. Joel Dent associate pastor will officiate. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens.
