Mrs. Dollie S. Rudd, age 86, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2023.

Mrs. Rudd was born in Ingleside, WV to the late Harold Skeens and late Ora Burton Skeens on November 28, 1936. She retired from her position as a food service manager at Orange County Public Schools after many years of services. She was a member of 2nd Baptist Church in Warner Robins and was very active in church when she was able. She loved shopping, cooking, and Christmas, but her family was her greatest love. She will be truly missed.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Rudd, sister, Margaret Rudd, two brothers, Boyd Burton and Leonard Burton, and fur baby, Haley.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Deborah Rudd of Rentz; daughter, Darla Howell (Freddie) of Rentz; and grandson, Tyler Kroell of Cochran.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at 2pm at Rentz City Cemetery. Chaplain George Grimes will officiate.

The family will receive friends from 12:00pm to 1:30pm in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
