Services for Eddie Milton Daniel, age 67, of Rentz will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, August 29, 2011 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Rentz Cemetery. Reverend Gene Hemmingway will officiate. Mr. Daniel was a Baptist by faith and was a maintenance worker all of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.T. Daniel and Geneva Hooks Daniel. Mr. Daniel died August 26, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Christine W. Daniel of Rentz; daughter, Robbie (Kenneth) Amerson of Rentz; son, Joey (Bobbie Lynn) of Dublin; two brothers, Jimmy (Polly) Daniel of Johnson City, TN and Billy T. (Billie) Daniel of Rentz; sister, Janice F. Daniel of Rentz; five grandchildren, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Paul Daniel, Jamie Amerson, Danny Daniel, Rocky Hartley, Neal Williams and Daniel Yarbrough. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00PM on Sunday at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. They may also be contacted at 1166 Baker Church Road.
