Services for Grant Elliott Hill, infant son of Gregory and Brittany Hill, of Adrian, will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2017, at the Church of Jesus Christ. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Bishop Herman Powell and Rev. James Ervin Stapleton, Sr. will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Grant went to heaven on Sunday, July 23, 2017. Grant was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gregory Hill, Sr.; great grandfather, Glenn Hill; great grandmother, Brenda Tardiff; and great grandparents, Charlie and Mary Deloach. Survivors include his parents, Gregory and Brittany Hill; brother, Grayson Hill; paternal grandmother, Jennifer (Dustin) Simmons, of Adrian; maternal grandmother, Dorothy (Curtis) Beckum, of Aline; maternal grandfather, Christopher (Ericka) Beasley, of Stillmore; uncles and aunts, Ethan Hill, Emily Hill, both of Adrian, Cassie Beckum, Trevor Beckum, both of Aline, Emily Beasley, Christopher Beasley, both of Stillmore; great grandmother, Connie Hill, of Adrian; great aunt and uncle, Shirley and James Stapleton, of Swainsboro; great grandfather, James Earl Sherrod, Sr, of Stillmore; great grandmother, Gloria Beckworth, of Swainsboro; and great grandfather, Elmer Beasley, of Stillmore.
