Graveside memorial services for Henry L. (Buck) Floyd, age 84, of Dublin, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Charles Carter will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Mr. Floyd died Saturday, November 14, 2015. Mr. Floyd was preceded in death by his wife, Shelley Sheffield Floyd; son, Jeffrey C. Floyd; parents, William Levi and Ruby Thompson Floyd; brother, Robert Floyd; and step-son, Douglas Little. Survivors include his daughter, Donna (Randy) Devane, of Byron; step-daughters, Debbie (James) Crisp, of Fayetteville, Robin (Steve) Robertson, of Grayson; grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Mullis, of Cochran, Jason (Caren) Pettis, of Danville, Stephen Floyd, of Danville, Holly F. Smith, of Pooler; step-grandsons, Stewart Crisp, of Fayetteville, Taylor Robertson, and Will Robertson, both of Winston-Salem, NC; brothers, Arthur L. (Tunny) Floyd, of Cochran, and Nelson Floyd, of Macon; and sister, Claudia F. Baker, of Macon.
