Hilda Malcom Lord, age 90 of Dublin, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Services will be held at noon on Saturday, December 20, 2014 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00AM until the funeral hour at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Lord was a member of Vineville Baptist Church in Macon, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Ida Malcom; husband, Nathan Perry Lord; sisters, Agnes M. Dooley and Christine Malcom and brothers, Ernest M. Malcom, Jr., Robert Malcom and Edwin "Pete" Malcom. Survivors include her sister Edith Garnto of Dublin and brother, Fred Malcolm of Warner Robins and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Lord's nephews will serve as pallbearers.
