Hilda Holland, age 83, of Cadwell, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.

Mrs. Holland was born in Laurens County to the late Birtis and Pearl Branch Roach. She was a homemaker and faithful member of Dexter Baptist Church, serving several years as secretary/treasurer until her health would not allow. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Eschol Roach.

Survivors include her husband, Ray M. Holland, of Cadwell, GA; daughters, Kathy Sullivan (Ed), of Charlotte, NC, Patricia Holland, of Savannah, GA, and Julie Harper (Brett) of Ringold, GA; grandchildren, Ashley Sullivan, of Charlotte, NC and Andrew Sullivan, of Nashville, TN, and sister, Tommie Lee Smith, of Dexter, GA.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Services will be held on Friday, March 9 ^th at 2:00PM at Dexter Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Mount Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Calvin Halcomb and Rev. Charles Alligood will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Randy Hart, Terry Holland, Andrew Sullivan, Nicky Taylor, Jeff Holland, and Ed Sullivan.
