Hilton "H.A." Ashley Brown, age 75, of East Dublin, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022.

Mr. Brown was born in Laurens County on September 22, 1946, to the late Eugene and Elizabeth Brown.  He was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed going to church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Marie Brown; brothers, Roy Clark, Theo Clark, James L. Clark, Earl Clark, Hollis Clark, and Elmer Clark; sisters, Valda Brown and Ida Lee Brown.

Survivors include his siblings; Frank Brown (Genelle), Delacy Clark (Lynda), Lennis Stevens (Kenny), Billy Clark, Henry Clark, and Lewis "Ludy" Clark; sister-in-law, Mary Clark; son, David Upshaw; daughter, Teresa Upshaw, grandchildren, Josh Upshaw and Amber Upshaw; six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Crossway Fellowship. Burial will follow in Minter Cemetery. Rev. Scotty Williams will officiate. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the service hour at the church.

Pallbearers will be Eric Clark, Jesse Clark, Allen Wilson, and James Wilson.
