Services for J.C. Cash, age 69, of Cadwell, will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2011 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Snow Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Wayne Poole and Rev. Randall Tarpley will officiate. Mr. Cash was the son of the late John and Belle Cash. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brandon Burnett. He was a member of Snowhill Baptist Church and was the owner of Cash's Trucking Company. Mr. Cash was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Susan Ann Cash of Cadwell; two daughters, Gayla Drew (Stevie) of Cadwell and Lisa Morris (Shaine) of Rentz; two sons, Jerry Burnett (Jeanie) of Lewistown, PA and Rodney Cash of Cadwell; ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren, two sisters, Lola Summerford of Faulkville, AL and Etter Barnett (LT) of Hartselle, AL, and a brother, Gene Cash (Wanda) of Hartselle, AL. Pallbearers will be John Lowery, Mark Lauber, Darrell Colter, Pete Walker, Larry Brewer, and Tommy Coleman. The family will receive friends at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home Saturday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
