Obituary

Graveside funeral services for Jackie (Jack) Conley, 71, of East Dublin, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at Dublin Memorial Gardens.

A native of Hazard, Kentucky, Mr. Conley was the son of the late Chandler Conley and Kanzie Loving Conley. He was a U.S. Marine veteran, a member of the Masonic Lodge in Milledgeville and an honorary Kentucky Colonel. He was employed as senior lead agent for Georgia Transmission Corporation, Piedmont Natural Gas and Universal Field Services. Mr. Conley died Sunday, September 24, after a brief illness.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers: James Conley, Thurman Conley and Blaine Conley.

He is survived by his wife, Dianne Quesenberry Conley of East Dublin; daughters Neisha Allan of Acworth, Nichole (Jeffrey) Calhoun of Dublin, and Lisa (Jeff) Brooks of Foley, Alabama; son Jack (Christine) Frazier of Cleveland, Ohio; grandsons Matthew Manley of Rome, Georgia, and Neal Frazier of Virginia Beach, Virginia; granddaughter Taylllor Allan of Acworth; and sisters Zula Fetts and Sallie Yates, both of Nappanee, Indiana.

Pallbearers will be Ted Calhoun, Jerry Calhoun, Rodney Manley, Clay Ricks, Scott Beasley and Billy Kight.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Masonic Children's Home of Georgia. Townsend Brothers Funeral Home has charge of arrangements
