Graveside services for James Calvin Fordham, Sr. age 84 of Rentz, will be held at 2:00PM in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Tom Vann will officiate. He passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013. Mr. Fordham was farmer and a member of Rentz Baptist Church. He was a prior Rentz City Councilman and owner of Fordham Septic Tank Service. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Martha Register Fordham and his wife, Robbie Nell Bryan Fordham; brother, George Timothy Fordham and sisters, Joan Fordham and Marjorie Garnto. Survivors include his two daughters, Dorothy Kay (Harry) Binion of Dublin and JoAnn (Donald) Darsey of East Dublin; son, J.C. "Buddy" (Dixie) Fordham, Jr. of Dudley; five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; brother, Randall (Edith) Fordham of St. Mary's and several nieces and nephews.
