Graveside services for Mrs. Janice Elizabeth Tickle, age 79 of Rentz, will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 13, 2012 at Westview Cemetery in Wrightsville. Rev. Barbara Nelson will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday at 12:30 PM until 1:15 PM in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Tickle was the daughter of the late Julian Andrews and the late Lizzie Carter Andrews. She was a member of Brewton Methodist Church. Mrs. Tickle was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Carl Tickle Jr.; four brothers, Herbert Andrews, Jimmy Andrews, J.W. Andrews, Ralph Andrews and four sisters, Kate Parker, Annie Mae Oxford, Jeanette Veal and Hazel Andrews. She passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Mrs. Tickle is survived by daughter, Marie Rogers and son-in-law, Charles "Buddy" Rogers of Rentz; daughter, Sandra Middlebrooks and son-in-law, Bill "Sidy" Middlebrooks of Dublin; grandson, Josh Rogers and his wife Brittany Rogers of Rentz; grandson, Clay Taylor of Dublin; grandson, Brandon Rogers of Rentz; great-granddaughter, Bryce Rogers of Rentz; sister, Mildred Mimbs and brother-in-law, Doyle Mimbs of Dublin; sister, Shirley McWilliams and brother-in-law, Chuck McWilliams of Dublin; sister-in-laws, Peggy McPhail, Pearl Andrews and Sally Ree Andrews, all of Dublin and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Josh Rogers, Brandon Rogers, Clay Taylor, Kenny Andrews, Tony Andrews and William Hart. Townsend Brothers Funeral home is in charge of arrangements
