Funeral Services for Jeanelle (Nealy) McDaniel, age 65, of Rentz, will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, with Rev. Nolon McDaniel, Dr. Larry Daniel and Rev. Monty Lasseter officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the Church. Mrs. McDaniel was a lifelong resident of Laurens County. She was the daughter of the late Ezra Horne and the late Ruby Burch Horne. He was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church and was a former secretary of Doyle Taylor Well Drilling. She was preceded in death by a brother, Clinton Horne, and a sister, Grace Arrington. Mrs. McDaniel passed away December 24, 2012. Survivors include her husband, James McDaniel of Rentz, Children, Lynn (Gene) McDaniel of Dublin, Rodney (Jan) McDaniel of East Dublin, Richard (Brandy) McDaniel of East Dublin, Barry McDaniel of Rentz, brother, Clayton (Alma) Horne of Rentz, grandchildren, Eric McDaniel, Scott McDaniel, Alan McDaniel, Matthew McDaniel, Shaye Lumley, Alexis Pope, Anna Pope, and Ryan Pope, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
