Jimmy Dixon, age 75, of East Dublin, died due to respiratory failure, at his home, Friday, April 3, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the Resurrection Assembly of God in East Dublin. Rev. Hugh Spivey will officiate. Mr. Dixon grew up in Dublin. He was a U. S. Army veteran and worked hard his entire life. Mr. Dixon left Dublin over forty years ago and moved to Vonore, TN, until two years ago when he came back to live out the rest of his life with his daughter. Mr. Dixon was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Cooper Dixon, parents, Leonard Dixon, and Annie Grace Tipton Dixon, and brother, Alonzo Clyde Dixon.
