Joyce Woodard Hogan

Services were held for Mrs. Hogan, 84, on December 9, 2015, at Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home in Ocala, Florida with Pastor Mickey Graves officiating. Mrs. Hogan passed away on December 6. She was preceded in death by parents, Robert Claxton and Adon Hobbs Woodard; husbands, S. L. Veal, Jr. and M. H. Hogan; and two brothers. She is survived by four daughters and three very special sons-in-law, Elaine (Mike) Rich of Gainesville, Florida; Jayne (Paul) Durham of Little Rock, Arkansas; Sandra (Lamar) Garner of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; Suzan Nesbit of Ocala, Florida; and seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. A private graveside service was held at the Rentz Cemetery on December 11 and was officiated by Pastor Grady Mimbs. Arrangements were made by Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Memorial donations may be made to Rentz Baptist Church.
