Joyce Louise Powell, age 74, of Dublin, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Powell was a homemaker and loved doing arts and crafts. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Effie Wilson McCoy. She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Powell; children, Keith Powell and David Powell of California, April Powell of Dublin, John Powell of Covington and Jennifer Degeer of Dublin; sisters, LaDonna Parsons, Virginia Spalding and Effie McCoy all of West Virginia; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
