Services for Juanita B. Palmer, age 91 of Dublin, will be held at 11:00AM Saturday, April 30, 2011 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Rev. Willie Beasley and Rev. Neil Lukowski will officiate. Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery. Mrs.Palmer was born in Dublin to the late Fred and Lily Beasley. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for 70 years and a member of the First Christian Church where she was sang in the choir. Mrs. Palmer was also active in the Christian Women's Fellowship. She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Lee Palmer, Jr., four sisters and one brother. Mrs. Palmer passed away Sunday, April 24, 2011. She is survived by her daughter Alice Palmer (Brian) Lukowski of Dublin; granddaughter, Holly Johnson of Ridgeland, SC; two grandsons, Keith Lukowski of Raleigh NC and Neil Lukowski of Valdese, NC; 3 great-great grandsons, D.J. Johnson, Lawson Johnson and Ethan Johnson; 2 great-great granddaughters, Bailey Johnson and Ginger Johnson; brother, Chandler Beasley of Dublin; brother-in-law, Charles E. Palmer and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Johnny Holloway and members of the family.
