Kathleen "Kat" Shriver, age 80, of Dublin went to be with the Lord on August 25, 2022.

Mrs. Shriver was born on April 2, 1942, in Weehawken, New Jersey to the late Mr. Joseph Munda and Mrs. Olieta Pinholster Munda. She was a member of Pine Forest United Methodist Church. She retired from the VA Medical Center as Chief of Recreation Therapy and Volunteer Services. After retirement, Mrs. Shriver worked in the family business as an administrator of Twelve Oaks Senior Living. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening in her early years. She was also a prior chairman of Arts and Crafts during the St. Patrick Festival and volunteered with C.A.S.A. She devoted her life to caring for others. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Munda, and also sisters, Mary Jo Nemzek, Maureen Manley, and Marie Sims.

She is survived by her husband, Larry L. Shriver, sons, Shane Shriver (Stacey) and Chris Shriver of Dublin; grandchildren, Holden Shriver (Rachel Yetter) of Tacoma, WA, Taylor Shriver (Colby Pierce) of Marietta, Sydney Shriver (Jacob Barnes) of Augusta, Ajaye Shriver of Dublin, brother in law, Mike Nemzek of Dublin, nieces, Cindy Davidson (Tony) of East Dublin and Leigh Jaques (Lee) of Dublin, and great nephew, Michael Jaques of Dublin.

Services for Mrs. Shriver will be held on Monday, August 29, 2022, at Pine Forest United Methodist Church beginning at 1:00 PM. Pastor Todd Bishop will officiate.
