Linda H. Mallette, passed away on September 4, 2026, in Dublin, Georgia, at the age of 82. Born on October 5, 1943, in Wrightsville, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late WD and Orea Howell.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jimmy Mallette, and by her parents, WD and Orea Howell. She is survived by her son, Mike Mallette and his wife Tracie, and her daughter, Jamie Moore and her husband Greg. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Cory Mallette, Cody Hart and his wife Mara, Tucker Hart and his wife Bethany, Ethan Hart, and Abby Mallette and great-grandson, JW Huff. Linda is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Linda was an active member of Dublin First Methodist Church for many years and worked as a Registered Nurse at Dublinair Nursing Home and Dublin VA Hospital.

Graveside services were held at 11:00 Am, Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Dublin memorial Gardens with Rev. Chip Bodi officiating.

In lieu of flowers, her family has requested memorial contributions to be made to Samaritan's Purse (samaritanspurse.org) or Dublin Laurens County Humane Society (lchs.org).
