Lollie Jean Cooper, age 83, of Montrose, passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2015. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints. Burial will follow in Harrison Family Cemetery in Montrose. Rex Boland and Harold Harrison will officiate. Mrs. Cooper's grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Cooper was a graduate of Dudley High School and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints. She retired from Belk and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Pierce Cooper, Jr.; father, William Henry Harrison, Jr. and mother, Martha Lucinda Ussery Harrison. She is survived by her son, Ray Cooper (Fran) of Montrose, his children, Lee Cooper (Duana), Clint Cooper (Robbie) and their children, Kinsey, Rett, Elizabeth, and Annabell Cooper; daughter, Regina Millet (Jess) of Orem, Utah, her children, Matthew Millet (Ashley), Josh Millet (Sarah), Janna Adams (Matt), Jenna Millet and their children, Haylee, Kaitlynn, Brylee, Dallin, and McCoy Millet and Lucas and Zade Adams; son, Dennis Cooper of Fitzgerald, his children, Clayton Cooper (Ricki), Kyle Cooper and Jake Cooper (Michelle), their children, Chloee, Sissy, Kylie, Cody, and Mason Cooper and Braden Wright and Camden Morgan and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to say a special "Thank You" to the staff on Wing E at Dublinair Nursing home for their care and support.
