Mrs. Marie Starley Porter, age 91 of Trinity, AL, passed away Saturday March 4, 2017.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at 11 AM in Northview Cemetery in Dublin, GA.

Mrs. Porter was born June 6, 1925 in Laurens County, GA to Mark Starley and Annie Davis Starley.

Mrs. Porter is survived by her son, Don Porter (Melissa) of Manchester TN; daughter, Sherry Jordan (Glen) of Trinity, AL; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Porter, son Ellis Porter, and seven brothers.

In lieu of flowers memorials may made to Trinity Baptist Church or Highland Baptist church in Tullahoma TN.

Shelton Funeral Home in Decatur, AL and Townsend Brothers Funeral Home in Dublin, GA will be in charge of services.
