Graveside services for Martha G. Binion, age 80, of Dublin will be held 1:00PM Monday, October 11, 2010 at City of Sparta Cemetery. Rev. Frank Sasser will officiate. Mrs. Binion, born in Mayfield, GA, was the daughter of the late Everett R. Grimsley and the late Frances Elizabeth Duggan Grimsley. She was a retired bookkeeper, a member of First Baptist Church in Gordon, and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mrs. Binion was predeceased by her husband, Octavius Lamar Binion, Sr. Survivors include her children, O. Lamar (Susan) Binion, of Sandersville, Harry W. (Kay) Binion, of Dublin, James E. (Joye) Binion, of Ivey, Frances Gay Binion, of Gordon; grandchildren, Jennifer Binion, Robert C. Binion, Trey Binion, Zack (Jessica) Binion, Erica Binion, Jeb (Tabby) Binion, Will Binion; great grandson, Lofton James Binion, and uncle, Jack Grimsley Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5:00Pm until 7:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home..
