Services for Mary Alice Locke Bond, age 83, of Dublin, will be held on Sunday, June 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery. Rev. Larry Little and Rev. Myron Wise will officiate. Mrs. Bond was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene. She was retired from Bell South and a foster parent in Laurens County for 17 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, James William and Julia Purvis Locke; husband, Edwin F. Bond and sister, Emily Grimes. Mrs. Bond passed away on Friday, June 22, 2012 at Serenity Place. She is survived by son, Jimmy (Gay) Grimes of Dublin; six daughters, Susan (Larry) Little, Sonya (Mike) Ward, Jane Bridges, Karen (David) Price all of Dublin, Gail Trice of Cochran, Cynthia Herring of Alpharetta; four brothers, Bill (Rosalyn) Locke, Silas (Nell) Locke, Joel (Karen) Locke, all of Dublin and Eddie (Abby) Locke of Scotland; sister, Judy (Ralph) Jones of Warner Robins; 20 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Scott Locke, Randy Jones, Davy Price, Jay Bridges, Brad Poucher, Clifford Garnto, Jeff Baggett and Josh Crawford. The family will receive friends on Saturday afternoon from 4:00PM until 6:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to AFAC- Lighthouse, P.O.
