Mary Helen Forth, 89, of East Dublin, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Serenity Place. Graveside services for Mrs. Forth will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Forth was a native of Washington County. She was a member of East Dublin Dayspring Worship Center, and was retired from J.P. Stevens after 44 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years whom she loved dearly, James Edward Forth, her parents, Jim and Laura Mae Cook, brother, Edward Cook, and sister, Myrtice Edwards. Mary Helen Forth was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Survivors include her children; Randy Eric Forth, of East Dublin, Rose Marie (Gary Steve) Spivey of Dublin, Sister; Gladys Payne of Dublin, grandchildren; Eric Forth, Debie Forth, Bryan (Krystal) Spivey, Daniel (Amanda) Spivey, Michael Spivey, great grandchildren; Walker Spivey, Ethan Spivey, Skylar Spivey, and Layne Spivey. Bryan Spivey, Daniel Spivey, Michael Spivey and Eric Forth will serve as pallbearers.
