Services for Mary Sue "MeMa" Young, age 75 of Dublin will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Bethsaida Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Jerry Collins will officiate. Mrs. Young was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church, the Rainbow Sunday School Class, WMU and the Joy Club. She loved to cook and spend time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Graybill, Sr. and Ouida Hartley Graybill; brother, Edward Graybill, Jr.; son, Paul Young and grandson, Chad Young. Mrs. Young passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. The family would like to express our deepest appreciation to the staff of Hospice of Laurens County. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Gene Young of Dublin; three sons, Al (Reita) Young, Ed (Diane) Young and Timmy (Nancy) Young, all of Dublin; grandchildren, Kim (Mike) Lancaster, Kelly (Scott) Knight and Matt Young, all of Dublin, John (Heather) Young of Irwinton, Will (Suzanne) Young of Cordele and Deborah (Burton) Ayres of Eatonton and 10 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Greg Woodard, Cody Woodard, Mike Woodard, Tyler Woodard, Billy Young and Christopher Young. Honorary Escorts will be members of the Bethsaida Baptist Church Rainbow Sunday School Class. The family will receive friends on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
