Melissa Greenway Blackshear, age 50, of Dublin, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021.

Melissa was born in Laurens County on April 21, 1971, to the late Gene Boatwright and the late Katrina Ward Greenway. She was a retired LPN from Shamrock Nursing Home.

Survivors include her husband, Jarvis Blackshear, of Dublin; daughters, Kourtney Bailey (Brandon), Tayler Howell (John), Ashtyne Fulford, and Conner Johnson; grandchildren, Kynleigh Bailey, Bently Bailey, Logan Mullis, Skylar Mullis, Matthew Howell, Philip Howell, John Howell, Jr., Kyler Howell, Laeton Fulford, and Kaleb Fulford; grandmother, Connie Whittington, and brother, David Greenway.

A Graveside memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Northview Cemetery.
