Obituary

Michael Timothy "Tim" Talbott, age 63, of Dublin, Georgia, passed away on July 24, 2026. He was born on December 20, 1962, in Atlanta, Georgia, and lived a life marked by hard work, devotion to family, and a steady presence that brought comfort to those who knew him.

Tim was the beloved son of the late Michael William Talbott and Emily Quay Talbott. He was also a cherished brother to Jody Talbott and his wife Pam of McDonough GA, Mark Talbott of Dublin, GA, and Chuck Talbott and his wife Heather of Minneapolis MN. He is survived by his son, Michael Talbott and his wife KC of Dublin, GA, and his daughter, Brook Elsberry and her husband Trey of Temple, GA. He was a proud grandfather to Wyatt Talbott, Carson Elsberry, and Ensleigh Elsberry, and he leaves behind several nieces and nephews who will remember him with love and gratitude.

Tim spent much of his working life as an auto body mechanic where he was known for his skill, dependability, and strong work ethic. His hands were steady, his knowledge was respected, and his presence was valued by those who worked beside him.

Above all else, Tim was a family man. He was a great daddy who raised his son and daughter by himself, giving them the love, guidance, and strength they needed throughout their lives. He was also the very best Papa to his grandsons and granddaughter, and his grandchildren brought him great joy. His love for his family was evident in the way he showed up, offered support, and made sure those he loved knew they could always count on him.

Tim had a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time outside, where he felt most at peace. He also loved his Corvette, which reflected his appreciation for the things that brought him happiness and pride. He was a man who valued simple pleasures, honest conversation, and meaningful connections with others.

Those who knew Tim will remember him as selfless, wise, and loving. He was the kind of man people naturally turned to for advice, comfort, and encouragement. He was always someone to lean on and talk to, and his calm, grounded nature made him a source of strength for many. His life was a reflection of loyalty, resilience, and quiet generosity.

Tim's memory will live on in the hearts of his children, grandchildren, brothers, extended family, and all who were fortunate enough to know him. Though he will be deeply missed, the love he gave and the example he set will remain a lasting part of the lives he touched.
