Nell Towns Rulli, age 96, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022, at her home.

Mrs. Rulli was a member of Pine Forest United Methodist Church where she was a choir member and a Sunday School teacher. She owned and operated Rulli's Gifts & Accessories in Dublin. Her husband Andy worked in concert with her as he operated Rulli's Metalworks in the same building. They were partners in business as well as in marriage. Mrs. Rulli enjoyed helping her friends and customers with interior design consulting and assisting with floral arrangements for their homes.

Mrs. Rulli was preceded in death by her parents, Peyton H. Towns and Eva Dixon Towns; her daughter, Pamela Eva Rulli; nephew, Johnny Johnson of McDonough, Peyton Towns of Tybee Island and her siblings: Sophie Towns, Olene T. Johnson, Avis T. Harrison, Ed Towns, and Earl Towns.

Services for Mrs. Rulli will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, with visitation at 10:00 AM at Pine Forest United Methodist Church. Dr. Don Adams will officiate.

Survivors include her husband of 74 years, Andrew (Andy) Rulli of Dublin; nieces and nephews: Jerry Johnson of McDonough, Earl Towns (Donna) of Dublin, Glenn Johnson of Dublin, Sandra H. Samz of Arden, NC, Lynda T. Vaughn of Savannah, Tanis Towns (Carl Wynn) of St. Simons Island, Vicky T. Sawall of St. Simons Island, and Lisa T. Harmon of Savannah.
