Graveside Services for Neta Foskey Buscher, age 76 of Dublin will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at Northview Cemetery. Dr. Joel Dent will officiate. Mrs. Buscher attended Clearview Baptist Church in East Dublin. She was the daughter of the late William Sessom Foskey and the late Vera Davis Foskey Garner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Busher. She passed away on Friday, February 15, 2013. Survivors include her son, Donald Davis Clay of Dublin; sister and brother-in-law, Reta and Billy Scarboro of Dublin and sister, Sheila Mallory, of Dublin; brother and sister-in-law, James F. and Linda Garner of Dublin and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
