Olivia Jane Grooms went to sleep in Heavenly peace on Sunday, December 6, 2020.

Olivia was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 20, 2020, to Mr. David and Mrs. Jenny Grooms. Olivia had a deep love of music with her favorites being Alan Jackson and The Piano Guys. Her parents jokingly mentioned that she did not like Frank Sinatra. She loved to lie on her daddy's chest and snuggle with her toy otter. Even though her life was short, she was greatly loved by so many.

Olivia is preceded in death by her maternal great-grandparents, Alva Forshee and Leroy Beasley, and Alfred and Betty Bryan, and paternal great-grandparents, Jack Darby and Elton Grooms.

In addition to her loving parents, she is survived by her sister, Ellie Rose Grooms; maternal grandparents, Jim and Darlene Bryan, of Dexter, and paternal grandparents, Brian and Julie Grooms, of Dudley; paternal great-grandmothers, Mary Darby, of Dublin, and Shirley Grooms, of Glennville; great-great-grandmother, Lois Crowder, of Dublin, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Graveside services for Miss Olivia will be held at 2:30 PM, Tuesday, December 8, 2020, in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Greg Lowery will officiate.
