Opal Hester, age 78, of East Dublin, passed away on Friday, March 18, 2016.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at Blue Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends after the service.

Mrs. Hester was the daughter of the late Loren Lewis and the late Annie Mae Forehand Lewis. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Wyman Hester.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane Roberson of East Dublin; grandson, Shane (Holly) Roberson of Rentz; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Gail Wilson and Carolyn Hogan, both of Dublin; brother, Robert Lewis of East Dublin and several nieces and nephews.
