Otis was the son of the late Gladys Fulford Glover and was preceded in death by his brothers, Odell Glover and Athel Glover. He carried the values of hard work, loyalty, and perseverance throughout his life, and those who knew him will remember him as a steady presence who faced life with humility and grace. His family and friends found comfort in his dependable nature and the simple, genuine way he showed he cared.

Otis was an outdoorsman at heart and especially enjoyed being on the Oconee River. Whether spending time in nature or simply appreciating the peace and beauty of the world around him, he found comfort and happiness in the outdoors. Those moments reflected a part of his spirit that was calm, patient, and deeply connected to the land and water he loved. He will be remembered for the life he lived, the family he loved, and the lasting impression he made on those fortunate enough to know him.

The family will have a private celebration of life service at a later date.
