Rachel Heath Luecke, age 77, passed away on the morning of Thursday, March 23, 2023 in her home surrounded by family and her loving family friend.

She was born to the late James and Pearl Heath. She was a graduate of Dodge County High School class of 1964. She married Jerry Luecke February 5, 1965. For approximately 10 years, she had a career with JP Stevens in East Dublin and later retired from Dudley Apparel in Dudley, Georgia in 1995. She was of the Baptist religion and was a member of Plainfield Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, working with the flowers, and going to dirt track races to watch her grandson and other racers. She loved her family deeply and will be missed.

In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her husband, Jerry H. Luecke; grandson, Jayden Tyson; brother, Jimmy Heath; sister, Kathy Heath; and brother-in-law, Leon Morrell.

Survivors include her loving grandchildren, Nicole and Raelynn Woodard, of Soperton; children, Kim (Terry) Phillips and Steven Luecke; grandchildren, Tyler (Julia) Sanders and Dakota (Casey) Crumley; great-grandchildren, Kali Purvis, Makayla Fordham, Patrick Fordham, Briley Fordham, Connor Sanders, Elijah Crumley, and Troy Crumley; siblings, Marthann (Marvin) Studstill of Eastman, Orine Smith of Cadwell, Wayne (Sherri) Heath of Helena, and Lisa Heath Morrell of Cadwell; brothers-in-law, Tim (Yvonne) Luecke, Ricky Luecke, and Bill Luecke; loving family friend, Lottie Horne of Soperton; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, March 24, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. John Daughtry will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Ben Luecke, Taylor Hudson, Brian Tindall, Kelli Sterling, Dakota Crumley, and Grady Starley.
