Ray French, age 79 of Adrian, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015. Services will be held at 3:00PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Curtis Warnock will officiate. The family will receive friends from 2:00PM until funeral hour at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Mr. French retired from Graham Brothers Construction and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Wrightsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Lelah Harris French. He is survived by his wife, Hilda Westberry French of Adrian; children, Jimmy (Donna) French of Dublin, Brenda (Jimmy) Willis of Tennille, Richard French of Tennille, Phyllis (Ricky) Moore of Dublin, Marie (Ronnie) Pounds of Adrian and Kimberly Davis of Soperton; 20 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and sister, Ruth (Earl) Mullis of Rentz. Pallbearers will be Joey Mullis, Rodney Pounds, Jason Willis, Richard Moore, Phillip Moore and Austin Pounds.
